Enable/Disable toggles

Turn your campaign, budget, or ad on/off with the click of a button using the enable/disable toggles on the Nativo Platform. Located to the left of each campaign entity, these easy-to-use toggles simplify the campaign delivery process by providing a clear mechanism for identifying and adjusting campaign, budget, and ad status.

Workflow Note: The enable/disable toggles replaced the previous drop-down functionality to activate or pause your campaign entities within the platform.

Updated campaign serving statuses

Detailed campaign, ad, and budget serving statuses make accurately identifying the status of each of your campaign entities more straightforward. These enhanced serving statuses empower your team to proactively identify concerns that could keep your campaign from launching on time or delivering in full, making the campaign launch and delivery processes more efficient.

As part of this update, we've also refined the process for submitting your ads for approval. Instead of using the drop down to submit your ads for approval, you will now see a prominently displayed button. For more information, visit Ad Approval Submission.

Campaign status alerts

Quickly correct issues preventing your campaign from serving with campaign status alerts. These in-app and email messages will signal when an issue with your campaign, budget, or ad is keeping your campaign from serving. Common alerts include:

  • If your campaign is missing at least one budget.

  • If your budget is missing at least one ad.

  • If your creative needs to be submitted for approval.

  • If your creative has been rejected by the approval team.

  • If you disable your campaign, budget, or ad.

These alerts help ensure you're completely in control of campaign delivery, leading to stronger campaigns. Address any issues quickly for optimal campaign success.

If you're unsure why your campaign isn't serving, check that these common QA concerns have been addressed. Still stuck? Send a note to your Platform Operations Manager.
