Why Create a Visual Call-to-Action?
Following a positive experience engaging with content, the call-to-action allows users to opt into learning more about the advertiser by traveling from the article to a landing page on the brand's website. In doing so, these consumers are moving further down the consideration path.
The Call-to-Action button is the last element your audience interacts with, so you want to leave them with something short and instructive to drive clicks. Create a 3–5 word CTA that adds value and extends the story, then place it at the bottom of the article (for longer articles you can also place in the middle).

Create a CTA Using Design Blocks
First, navigate to the Creative Library and select "Edit" next to the Native Article creative for which you'd like to create a CTA.
Navigate to the Content tab and click the block icon labeled "Insert Design Block" on hover.
Select a Design Block that contains an image, lead-in-copy, and visual button.
Select "Click to Edit Block" to modify the CTA's background image/color, HTML, or adjust placement settings on the article page.
Replace the placeholder image with a brand-owned image that directly relates to the content and the call-to-action messaging, driving user interest.
Swap out placeholder copy with lead-in copy that sets up the action the brand wants the user to take. Update button copy with a direct next step for the reader.
Click on the button to make adjustments to color/formatting and select a specific destination URL where you want to drive users.
If needed, input a click tracker on your campaign's budget in the "Click to Site" field. Find details on 3rd party tag implementation here.
Save the Creative to implement updates.
