Reports Overview

Nativo’s Reports Tab offers a comprehensive suite of reporting tools and usability features to help you monitor and analyze campaign performance, ultimately maximizing results.

Below are two methods of quickly generating a report.

Method 1: Reports Tab

The Reports tab offers pre-defined reporting templates to help you get started with campaign reporting, each including the most common breakouts that Nativo leverages when analyzing campaign performance. You have the option to download these directly or further customize them to suit your reporting needs best.

A good starting point is to examine Performance by Campaign, Budget, and Creative, which provides the most commonly used insights into granular campaign performance and suggests adjustments to make accordingly.

Once you've generated an initial report, there are additional metrics and breakdowns available in the left-hand panel to help further customize your report.

The top bar enables you to filter your report by specific Timeframe, Inventory Source, Advertiser, Campaign, Budget, and Ad, with the option to apply more granular filters as needed.

Users can also adjust the report's Time Zone. The Totals drop-down offers time-based breakouts such as month, week, day, or hour. The Options drop-down gives the ability to include IDs (ex, Publication ID, which allows for mapping to GA reporting for any campaigns using UTM tokens).

📘Billing

Nativo Billing is based on UTC time zone.

Once your report is finalized, you have the option to Download (Excel), Email or Save the report.

Saved reports will be available for access at any time in the Overview tab.

Once a report is saved, you can also Clone, Schedule, Share, Delete or Download the report.

Scheduling helps to automate the reporting process if you wish to receive an Excel report directly to your inbox at a specific cadence. Reports can be scheduled to send to any number of recipients at your desired frequency (ex: every Monday). Scheduled report recipients do not need to have platform access in order to download the report.

Any scheduled reports will be listed in the "Schedules" tab, where you can remove or edit the scheduled reporting cadence.

🚧Troubleshooting Emailed Reports

If you do not receive your report via email as expected, navigate to your user settings by clicking your initials in the upper right corner > Settings. Verify that, under "Notification Settings," "Reports" is selected under the Email category.

Method 2: Direct Campaign Report

A quick way to pull a report on a specific campaign is to navigate to the Campaigns tab, click the dropdown next to the campaign you wish to pull a report for, and select View Report. This will pre-populate a report with the selected Campaign, Advertiser, and date range.

You also can pull a report when you're actively viewing a specific campaign. Select the dropdown on the right-hand side, and select View Report from the options to pre-populate a report with the corresponding Campaign, Advertiser, and date range.

📘Reporting URLs Are Dynamically Updated

With any changes made to the report, the URL is dynamically updated to reflect any changes, making it easy to share the specific report view to other users with platform access.
