Nativo's Credit Card Payment Process

Credit card payments are charged in increments of $1,000. Each time $1,000 of media is spent in the Nativo platform, the credit card will be charged $1,000. Immediately following the end of each month, any incremental media spend delivered during the month prior will be charged to the credit card on file.

Example 1: If an advertiser spends $1,500 during one month, $1,000 will be charged mid-month as soon as it is spent, and the remaining $500 will be charged at month end.

Example 2: If an advertiser spends $800 during one month, they will not reach the $1,000 threshold mid-month, and $800 will be charged at month end.

Saving a Credit Card for Future Payments

Through YayPay, Nativo's accounts receivable management platform, clients can submit their credit card information through a secured, unique URL. Clients have the option of submitting credit card information with or without making a payment, based on client's preference. No fees will be charged.

Once your client profile and unique URL are generated by Nativo's Accounting team, follow these easy steps to save your billing details.

Under Payments, select Credit Card and click on New Credit Card.

From there, you'll be transferred to the next page and prompted to enter your billing address. Please enter a name for the credit card on the right hand column and click Continue when complete.

Input your credit card information and select Submit.

Once your credit card information is submitted, you'll see the saved payment information in the list below. Please alert your Nativo representative once payment information is saved.

👍Payment History & Invoices

Monthly invoices are delivered by the 15th of the month to all accounts. A real-time history of all credit card transactions will be available through your unique Yaypay URL as your campaigns progress.

❗️Updated Payment Method

Please ensure that the credit card billing details on file are current and active prior to campaign launch and throughout the campaign flight to avoid delays in campaign activation or breaks in delivery mid-campaign.

Saving a Credit Card to Pre-Pay

In the additional functionality panel, select Pay. The total payment amount will be showcased on the right hand column.

From there, select New Credit Card.

You'll be transferred to the next page and prompted to enter your billing address. Check the box Save payment account and enter a name for the credit card. Click Continue when complete.

Input your credit card information and select Submit.

The Transaction Successful page will confirm that the payment was made and the credit card information is saved.
