Pull A Report On Your Monthly Billable Total

To pull a report on your monthly billable amount, first navigate to the Reports tab > Campaigns.

Change the date range to the period of interest.

Change the report time zone to UTC.

Change the data breakdown from Totals to Monthly.

Ensure that the appropriate Advertiser and/or Campaign is selected in the report filters.

Select "Gross Budget Spent" in the left-hand metrics column.

❗️Remember to Change the Report Time Zone to UTC

All Nativo billing is based on UTC, while the reporting interface defaults to EST. If the invoice you received from Nativo does not match the report you see in the platform, verify that your report time zone is set to UTC.

📘Invoice & Payment History

Invoices are delivered by the 15th of the month to all accounts. Clients paying via credit card will also have a real-time history of all credit card transactions available through your unique Yaypay URL as your campaigns progress.
