Inventory reports provide reporting metrics specifically looking at your Owned & Operated native ad inventory such as viewability rate, fill contribution, click-through-rate, etc. broken down by different fields such as Publication, Geo, Placement, Category, Device Type, and more.
Step 1: Select Report Needed
Click Reports Tab
Click 'Inventory' to access Inventory Reporting
Step 2: Build Out Report
Select Date Range –
a. Select date range options available
OR
b. Select custom range for specific dates
2. Apply Filters for Report
a. Filters Available shown in screenshot below- filters applied will be shown in blue
Select Metrics
a.* Breakdown – includes how you would like the data parsed
b. Inventory – includes all details on-site inventory
c. Fill – data on performance and fill contribution for available inventory

*Search function in Admin – search metric, question mark next to the magnifying glass provides definition
Breakout Data
a. Select how you would like the data broken out – Total for date range, Monthly, Day of Week, Weekly, Daily, and Hourly
5. Format Report
a. Grid View – report will by default be in grid view
b. Graph View – to visualize the report you can select the graph icon and need to select a metric and interval of time (monthly, daily, etc.) to see trends over time
Step 3: Download/Save Report
Once you have the report complete- you can download the report into an Excel file, Email the report to yourself, and/or save the report to pull again as needed- details on saving and scheduling automated reports here.
