Streamline and protect your Nativo account with a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider like Okta or OneLogin.

SSO is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate across multiple applications and websites using a single set of credentials. Enabling SSO for your Nativo account provides a secure, centralized method for account access while simultaneously eliminating password-related support tasks, like reset requests.

Benefits

  • Enhanced enterprise security (reduces the number of attack surfaces) and regulatory compliance pertaining to privacy, activity tracking, and single logout.

  • Improved usability and employee satisfaction; ease of use across multiple software applications and systems.

  • Lower IT costs by reducing help desk calls due to password issues and centralized administration to manage users.

📘Premium Tool

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a premium tool. Contact your platform success manager for more information.

Implementation

Your organization must already have access to an SSO provider like Okta or OneLogin to set up SSO for your Nativo account.

To add your SSO provider to your Nativo account, send your configuration details to your Nativo Platform Success Manager. From here, the Nativo team will complete the remainder of the technical implementation process on your behalf.

After SSO has been implemented, your users will enter their email address when logging in. Once validated, if the email is connected to an SSO-enabled organization, the login process will be completed through your SSO provider.
