Overview

Requesting to Delete Campaigns is the equivalent of a complete deletion of content. This process is essential for campaigns that have ended and unwanted content is still available/accessible.

When a campaign is launched, your creatives are available to be shared across social sites up to 1 year past the campaign end date.

Use Cases

There are many reasons why a Campaign Deletion should be requested.

  • Ending of a sale/marketing initiative.

  • Ad is no longer relevant.

  • Creatives have been updated or changed.

  • Contextual misalignment or complaints

👍Good to know!

We have the ability to delete entire campaigns or specific ads. This granularity allows for more relevant deletions. You can even specify the date you would like the deletion to occur!

How to Submit a Request

  1. Email [email protected] to request to delete one or more campaigns.

  2. Information to include:

    • Subject: [Publication Name] - Delete Campaigns

    • Body Copy:

      • Campaign ID (for campaign deletion)

      • Ad ID (for ad deletion)

      • Feel free to provide any additional context that may help/expedite the process

  3. Please allow a 24-48 hour turn around time. We will confirm once the campaign(s) have been deleted.

🚧Keep in mind

We are only "soft" deleting the ad content. Which means you will still be able to access ad/campaign settings (without ability to change them) and see reporting metrics.
