How Native Article Works
Within the editorial feed or content well, you will be presented with an In-Feed Unit (IFU) that mirrors the look and feel of the surrounding content. When you "click-in" this branded in-feed unit, an article within the Content Landing Page hosted on the publisher site will look, feel, and react just like an organic article.
Native Article Features
Scaling Native Article Across Sites
The Content Landing Page (CLP) is a unique template and URL, hosted on your site, designed specifically to render branded content across multiple campaigns. Once a publisher builds a CLP, they can use this template to scale branded content across multiple sites and designs without losing the complete native experience.
CLP templates are created by Nativo's white glove service to match the look and feel of your site. Each content landing page is assembled by dynamically injecting content into an empty page based on these templates. The empty page inherits all of the content and Nativo measurement technology enabling the ability to measure user engagement.
Companion Assets
Add branding elements to your Content Landing Page with Companion Assets. Companion Assets help to make sure your brand is presented while still allowing the content to be focused on editorial rather than selling. Companion assets can be simple images or include social content from brand properties.
Companion Assets are fully responsive, and include both display banner ads and the most popular social feeds such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
Article-to-Article Linking
Article to article allows Publisher users to increase engagement on two or more native articles by allowing them to link to each other and keep visitors in the same publisher environment. Previously a hyperlink could only go to a single destination. Now a Publisher user building a Native Article has the option to connect to another creative and have it appear dynamically within a publisher’s website.
Steps to link an article to another article:
Open the Native Article within the Content Editor and select where you would want to add the link
Select the Insert Link button
Select "Link to another Creative" button
Search for the creative you want to link to
Enter the desired link text
Click the “Insert Link” button to add the link
