FAQs
Q: Can I day part by flight?
A: No; day parting is at the Budget level.
Q: Can I do an ad level date override?
A: Yes, an ad level overrides the flight dates. If the dates are overridden the ad will only be active for the dates entered. If there’s a gap between flights the ad will not be active. For example if a budget has two flights June 1 - June 30th and August 1 - August 30 and ad level override of June 15th - August 15th. The ad will run from June 15th - June 30th. It will not run in the month of July and it will start back up on August 1st till August 15th.
Q: How much time between flights?
A: Flights need a minimum of one hour between each other.
Flights cannot overlap in date/time, with the reasoning that we expect flights to run one at a time.
Q. Does inventory estimation take into account gaps in flight?
A: Currently, inventory estimation does NOT take into account gaps in flight. This may cause an overestimation. Our team is looking into this further and we will keep you updated on any changes.
Q. Can I edit flight start and end dates / times and amounts?
A: As long as flight has not started, you can continue to edit dates and amount for the flight.
Q. How can I identify a specific flight within a Report?
A: In a given report, the flight name is the date range assigned to the flight.
